01Information you give us

When you create an account, we collect your email address. When you use the service, we collect the scripts, media, settings, and other content you provide so we can generate your videos.

If you buy credits, our payment processor collects your payment details on our behalf. We do not store full card numbers ourselves.

02Information we collect automatically

When you use Sceneclyp, we collect basic technical and usage information. This includes your device and browser type, a general location inferred from your network address, the pages and features you use, and the times you sign in.

We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences.

03How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• provide, run, and improve the service
• generate and render your videos
• manage your account and your credits
• process payments and prevent fraud
• keep the service secure and reliable
• send you account messages such as sign in codes, receipts, and important notices

04AI processing

To create your videos, we send your script and related settings to the AI providers that power narration, visuals, and other features. We share only what is needed to complete your request.

These providers process the material to return a result and act under their own commitments to us. We do not allow them to use your content to build products unrelated to your request where we can prevent it.

05When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run Sceneclyp, such as our hosting, storage, email, payment, and AI providers, and only as needed for them to do their work.

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale.

06Your content and media

We store your account data and the projects you create so you can return to them. Media that stays in your browser is not uploaded to us unless a step needs it, such as rendering. Rendered video files are stored so you can download them.

07How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. We may keep some records for longer where the law requires it, for example for tax or accounting. When information is no longer needed, we take steps to delete or anonymize it.

08Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, such as encryption in transit and access controls. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Please keep your email account and sign in method safe, since access to them can give access to Sceneclyp.

09Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to see, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or limit some processing. Within the app you can update your profile in settings, sign out of every device, and ask us to delete your account.

10Children

Sceneclyp is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will remove it.

11International use

We may process and store information in countries other than the one where you live. Where we do, we take steps to protect it in a way that is consistent with this policy.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make an important change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let you know in the app.
