01Who we are

Sceneclyp is a tool that turns a written script into a finished video. You provide a script and any media you want to include, and Sceneclyp generates the voiceover, visuals, subtitles, and transitions, then exports a video file you can download.

In these terms, the words Sceneclyp, we, us, and our mean the company that operates the service. The words you and your mean the person or organization using it. By creating an account or using Sceneclyp, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

02Your account

You need an account to use most of Sceneclyp. You can sign in with a code sent to your email, or with a supported account such as Google or Apple.

You are responsible for keeping access to your inbox and sign in method secure, and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Sceneclyp.

03Credits and payment

Sceneclyp runs on credits. You buy credits and spend them when you generate or render a video. The credit cost of an action depends on things like the length of the video and the features you use, and it is shown to you before you confirm.

Payments are handled by our payment processor. When you pay, you also agree to the processor's terms. Unless the law requires otherwise, purchases of credits are final and are not refundable. Credits do not expire while your account is active.

04Your content

You keep ownership of the scripts, media, and other material you provide. By using Sceneclyp, you give us permission to store, process, and modify that material only as needed to run the service for you, for example to write narration and assemble your video.

You are responsible for the material you provide. You confirm that you have the rights to use it, and that it does not break the law or infringe the rights of anyone else.

05Videos you create

Subject to these terms and to your payment of the credits involved, you may use the videos you export from Sceneclyp for your own purposes, including publishing them on platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.

You are responsible for how you use those videos and for following the rules of any platform where you post them.

06Content made with AI

Sceneclyp uses artificial intelligence to write narration, choose or create visuals, and assemble scenes. Output from AI can be inaccurate, may resemble other material, and may not be unique to you.

You should review every video before you publish it. We do not promise that generated content is accurate, original, or suitable for a particular purpose, and you rely on it at your own judgment.

07Acceptable use

You agree not to use Sceneclyp to create or share content that:

• is illegal, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or harmful
• infringes the rights of another person or business
• impersonates a real person or brand without permission
• breaks the rules of the platforms where you publish

08Protecting the service

You also agree not to misuse Sceneclyp. For example, you will not try to break its security, overload it, copy or resell it without permission, access it through automated means we have not approved, or work around credit limits.

09Availability

We work to keep Sceneclyp running well, but we provide it on an as is and as available basis. Features may change, and the service may be unavailable at times for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Rendering times and output quality can vary.

10Our rights

Sceneclyp, including its software, design, and brand, belongs to us and our licensors. These terms do not give you any rights in the service itself beyond the permission to use it as described here.

11Ending your use

You can stop using Sceneclyp and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that we reasonably believe is being used to cause harm. If we close your account because of a breach, you may lose access to any unused credits.

12Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data, or content, that arise from your use of Sceneclyp. Our total liability to you for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for credits in the three months before the claim.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service grows or as the law changes. When we make an important change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let you know in the app. If you keep using Sceneclyp after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
